Who I Am

Hi I'm Rachel, a fitness fanatic mum of two, living with my husband and kids in Oxted.

I used to work in an office and discovered that it didn't 'sit well with me' anymore, after the kids went to school. I guess I had got used to being outside and being active whilst I was a stay at home mum! I decided I needed to change my career to better suit the new me!  So I signed up for a diploma course and studied for my Personal Training qualifications - Level 2 and 3, which I passed in April 2019.


Since then, I have been helping clients in the Oxted area, helping them hit their personal goals to get fitter, and feel more confident about themselves.

I also work as one of the Get Fit Coaches at Holland Sports Club. I work with the over 60s group, which runs weekly at Holland Sports Club in Hurst Green, it is a highlight of my week.  

First hand I know that being active keeps me not only fitter, healthier but most importantly happier! Getting out into the fresh air, pushing yourself, breaking a sweat and getting the heart rate going makes us feel good! So I hope to help you feel the same way about exercise, as I do. To embrace it and love it. It's about finding the joy in exertion. As a professional Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to help you be more active and enjoy exercise and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

As a certified trainer, I provide personalised sessions to help people get back to doing regular exercise and feeling better about themselves. Main aims are to improve stamina, strength and confidence in their own ability, whilst focusing on wellbeing and mental health.

Personalised Programme

I will create a personalised programme to fit your needs, goals and ability. Whether you are recovering from an injury or are just getting back to fitness after a break, or just wanting some help with a new fitness goal - then give me a call and let's get started.

One-to-one Fitness

Training can be done outside in a local park, from my home gym (if the weather is unkind, and there is no lockdown). Or if you prefer, from the comfort of your own home or garden. Plus I will supply all the equipment that you will need.

Pricing

Costs involved

£40

Per Session

Each session includes all the equipment.
If you prefer to split the cost and come with a friend, of similar fitness, then the cost is £44 per session (£22 each).

6 Sessions

If you buy 6 sessions or more I do a fitness assessment, then we put together a realistic SMART plan that gives us specific goals to work towards.

£440

12 Sessions - including one free session

With a twelve week plan we can re do the fitness assessment at week 12 and chart our progress against the SMART goals. Then modify or create new goals to start the next group of sessions. 
Note: Every 10th session is free.
